Belarusian steel works has expanded its tovarorasporyadelitelnym network by opening the company BelmetSteelDMCC with headquarters in Dubai, which is the biggest industrial city in the United Arab Emirates.
Alexander Olesik, the representative of BMZ said that the main purpose of the new company is selling all kinds of BMZ products on the markets of the Middle East and North Africa. The company mainly focus on products with high added value, such as a structured hire, reinforcement products, pipes, wire and more. This is a fairly complex market for the BMZ, but at the same time reliable and promising. The attractiveness and market potential has already been appreciated by producers of Turkey and CIS countries, so there is stiff competition. Now many manufacturers of steel products have increased their efforts to move on the market.
Tatyana Fomenok, commercial Director BelmetSteelDMCC said that the company is currently studying the possibility of promotion in the markets of Turkey, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait.Only in the period January-October 2014, up 18 percent from sales of BMZ in monetary terms has been received on the markets of Africa and the Middle East. In addition, this year, Turkey and Egypt are among the ten largest importers of BMZ steel products, and finished respectively 4th and 6th place.
