China has reduced steel production

Average daily steel production in Chinese steel mills in mid-February compared with the first decade of the month has decreased on 0,31%. This is evidenced by China Iron and Steel Association.
According to estimates of the organization in a given period in Chinese factories produced 1Э7 million tons of steel a day.
Recall that average daily steel production in China in the first 10 days of February compared to the last decade of January increased by 1.9%. In a given period at the metallurgical enterprises of the country produced 1,705 million tons of steel per day. At the end of January this figure was estimated at 1,673 million tons.
Earlier it was reported that stockpiles of steel in China, as of 17 February increased by 510 thousand tons and reached a record level of 19 million tons. The previous record was recorded in March of last year – then the level of reserves was estimated at 18.9 million tons.
As you know, China in January 2012 compared with January 2011 increased its steel exports by 19.9%, to 3.73 million tonnes. However, compared with December last year, the Chinese foreign supplies of metal decreased by 10 thousand tons.
