As a result of actions on revealing of offences in the market of turnover of scrap metal conducted by employees of Public service on fight against economic crime (GSBEP), in the Unified register of pretrial investigations included 10 criminal proceedings under part 1 of article 213 of the criminal code of Ukraine (Violation of the procedure of operations with scrap metal).
On suspicion in Commission of this crime notified two the people who took scrap metal without a licence. From a resident of the Kalinin district seized 830 kg of scrap metal from a farmstead of the inhabitant of the Kuibyshev district, about 100 lbs. since the beginning of the mining law enforcers seized nearly 2 tons of scrap metal.
Overall, this year employees of the city police seized more than 50 tons of ferrous and nonferrous scrap metal. On the facts of illegal reception of scrap metal open 73 criminal proceedings, 14 persons it is declared suspicion in Commission of criminal offense against another 44 Donetsk drawn up administrative reports under article 164-10 of the Cao (violation of the order of conducting economic activities), noted the chief of Department of GSBEP of the Donetsk gorupravleniye of militia Ruslan Homecook.
