Tenants D. No. 16 in sq Levchenko (Zhovtnevyi district) were left without heat in apartments, because the nodes of heating was brutally dismantled by an attacker who has managed to hold.
According to the city Department of internal Affairs, militiamen managed to detain the malefactor red-handed – at the very moment when he's in the basement carried out the dismantling of the next node heating. According: LUGA NEWS
20-year-old attacker coveted brass and bronze valves and fittings heating system. It later emerged that the young man already has experience of such crimes and the subsequent criminal liability, and earlier he was also active in the Zhovtnevy area.
This time the guy was ready for the unexpected – in the basement next door he previously stashed some dry clothes, because he knew that the dismantling of the heating system it will probably pour hot water.
When the young man was arrested, he was already dressed and was going to hand over the collected metal. From the bag Metalist were recovered stolen metal components and an adjustable wrench. Later, the police he admitted that he similarly visited the cellars in the top ten of the houses of the Zhovtnevy area, thus earning his "Smoking mixes" – popular among the youth of today drug.
The theft is recorded in ERDR under part 3. 185 "theft" of the criminal code of Ukraine.
