Prosecution of Dnipropetrovsk region initiated a criminal case against the Deputy chief of one of customs posts of the Dnipropetrovsk customs, sansivero export duty on scrap metal. This is stated in the message of Prosecutor's office.
It is reported that a customs officer 14 July 2011 made and issued to the company-exporter of metal false document: "the decision on the determination of the commodity code", on the basis of which was determined by low rate of export duty for scrap metal, which the company has been out of the country.
According to prosecutors, the officer validly knew that this product rate is too low. On the basis of a document to customs were submitted customs Declaration with false data, and customs clearance of cargo is not paid to the budget of 81.8 thousand UAH of export duties, which led to the damage state for this amount.
