According to the Association of seaports of the Russian Federation pornostranky turnover in January-July 2014 increased by 6.5% to 357.3 mln t compared to the same period last year.
The volume of transshipment of ferrous metals grew to 13.9 million tons (+5.5%) , scrap metal of up to 2.8 million tonnes (+48%) .
However, the volume of transshipment of ore fell by 22.8% to 3.3 million tons and non-ferrous metals by 20% to 1.9 million tonnes.
